Sam's Cafe is a local spot focusing on using free range and organic produce. Sam's is mostly takeaway with 15 seats both indoor and outdoor. It is known to locals as one of the best coffee spot around. We really care about our people and our produce so finding someone who feels the same is a must. The Role:
- Ensuring daily tasks are done to the highest level
- Ordering and maintaining stock levels
- Leading and training new staff
- Strong knowledge of all things coffee and toasties
- Keen to driving sales and minimise wastage
- Manage social media
- Come up with new tactic and strategies to increase team moral and boost sales
