As a Project Manager, in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Supervise and check design studies prepared for projects of your responsibility
• Supervise the local Technical/Engineering Team in order to ensure that all the inputs are properly collected and verified
• Supervise the local Technical/Engineering Department or engineering contractors during the design phase in order to ensure design optimization and compliance with local regulations
• Generate analytical reports for the time schedules, cash flows and profitability of the projects
• Provide support to other departments
• Develop and stay informed and up to date of the latest technical development in your area of responsibility

προσόντα

For the Project Manager position you should ideally demonstrate:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management
• High sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage personnel and multiple priorities. Able to work independently.
• Strong time management and project management skillsin order to meet deadlines.
• Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece
• Fluency in English
