Lumiform, founded in 2019, is a fast-growing, product-driven software startup based in Berlin and operating globally. Over 40,000 organizations across 21 countries use the Lumiform App - and this is just the beginning .

A few months ago, we raised €6.4 Million in a Series-A funding round with Tier 1 SaaS investor Capnamic to further transform the untapped €164 billion inspection market.

Inspections take place in all major industries worldwide and are still conducted mainly by pen and paper, like cleaning documentation, risk assessments, maintenance checks, hygiene documentation, safety walk documentation, etc. Our intuitive app digitalizes and automates the whole inspection workflow. Over 2 million inspections were already submitted - thousands every day.

Our product will evolve into the leading deskless worker OS, and our incredible team works passionately to make deskless teams thrive.

Tasks

Responsibilities:
  • Receive a recurring pipeline of Sales Qualified leads and demonstrate our product through online demos.
  • Pursue both individual and team sales goals and hit targets on a monthly basis.
  • Customize sales proposals and solutions for prospects.
  • Provide your insight and feedback on the Lumiform product team to ultimately make us the best inspection software worldwide.
Your 1st & 2nd weeks look like this:
  • Learn the Lumiform application (desktop & mobile) and messaging.
  • Learn the tools necessary to be successful: Hubspot, Sales Playbook, the product, communication channels, LinkedIn.
  • Leverage any opportunity you can to learn the market and the business.
3rd & 4th week:
  • Conduct your first calls alone, prepare world-class demos for users and support wherever you can.
  • Begin to expand your knowledge of Inside Sales duties and responsibilities.
  • Work with mentors to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion (if desired).
From the 5th week:
  • You are perfectly trained and you step on the gas at the frontline.
  • You will conduct 4+ demos daily and help potential clients to get maximum value from Lumiform software.
  • You know the application so well that you can immediately captivate prospects and convince them of our solution quickly.

Requirements

  • You are a German native speaker and fluent in English.
  • You have at least 3+ years of experience being Sales Manager/Account Executive/SDR.
  • You have a positive “can-do” attitude, love what you do and own it.
  • You’re resilient, pragmatic, and objection handling is one of your strengths.
  • You’re inquisitive, you know how to ask the right questions to get to the root of a problem.
  • You are obsessed with solving customer problems in a creative and structured way and have a track record of going above and beyond for customers.
  • You are a strong team player with a kind personality and like the ability to achieve goals collaboratively.
  • You have professional experience at a leading technology company, management consultancy or similar environment.
