Primary Job Function
Develop and integrate innovative digital tools/platforms to offer best-in-class customer experience and eco-system to maximize the opportunity and business impact, covering marketing, sales force and trade teams.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Develop and embed digital platforms and support Innovation&Digital Director to drive digital transformation.
- emerge customer engagement models cross industry and adopt advanced technologies to enhance customer experience
- support Innovation&Digtial Director for digital capability building to further equip sales force and other customer-facing team with digital assets, in their digital transformation journey
- Integrate current digital resources, coordinates and collaborates with BU heads, Brand Managers, Sales and Trade teams and others to design, build and sustain high business impact via digital, social and eCommerce solutions and services that drive growth.
- Develop digital promotion initiatives and track the execution, to forecast, guide complex decision making and optimize solutions
Experiences:
- 5+ years of experience in an international healthcare business, focusing on multi-channel platform or digital capabilities building
- Solid background in sales combined with commercial background (marketing, financial skills, etc.)
- Having a know-how of managing IT related projects will be helpful; Familiarity with IT systems implementation/ process automation
- Exposure to senior Digital/CRM/Marketing Roles involving analytics as well strong understanding of the entire sales process
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Understanding of how to use digital marketing tools
- MCE Market Practices & New technologies
- Familiarity of Multi-Channel and Omni-Channel market practices and trends; emerging customer engagement models within pharma and outside pharma
- Familiarity on emerging new technologies available for better customer experience
- Technology knowhow and Data Environment
- Familiarity in digital platforms, Big Data/ AI tools and derive insights from data/ reports
- Basic understanding of databases, data sources; data mining techniques through digital tools and dashboards; How to manage data and control quality
- Familiarity with engaging audiences through remote and digital tools
- Project management experience and expertise
- Experienced in cross functional roles in matrixed organizations
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
